Today’s post is inspired by Vogue’s 73 Questions video series!
The series is one of my favorites on the internet. I love getting little glimpses into celebrities inner worlds and thought compiling some of the questions and answering them would be a fun way for you all to get to know me better!
Biggest strength?
Probably my ability to step outside of myself and see things from someone else’s perspective, which I credit to the fact that I have always been a voracious reader. I think reading early and often broadened my world view at a young age. It helped me understand that we do not live in a vacuum and that things are not always as black and white as they appear.
Biggest weakness?
Oof. My fear of rejection/failure and all the ways these fears hold me back and stop me from living my life.
Big Three?
Cancer Sun. Pisces Moon. Capricorn Rising.
Do you believe in astrology?
Sort of. Not in the sense that it can predict my future, but I definitely believe that the way the planets and stars were aligned at the time of our birth can have influence on our personalities.
Window or aisle seat?
Aisle because I have to pee every five minutes.
Style icon?
Carolyn Bessette Kennedy & Princess Diana.
What is your favorite sport to play?
Does skiing count? If so, skiing. If not, pickleball.
Favorite sport to watch?
Hockey!! Only 35 days until the regular season starts.
Go Bruins!!
Three words to describe yourself?
Creative, empathetic, and loyal.
Best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
You are the sum of the five people you spend the most time with, so make sure you are spending your time with people who inspire you and make you better.
What is your biggest regret?
Not studying abroad in college. I was supposed to spend a semester in Dublin, but my boyfriend at the time told me he would breakup with me if I went, so I took a page out of Lauren Conrad’s playbook and didn’t go to Paris Dublin.
Ladies, I beg you to please learn from me and LC and GO TO PARIS OR DUBLIN OR WHEREVER YOU WANT TO GO!!! Men will always be there, but a once in a life opportunity abroad may not.
What did you want to do with your life at age ten?
A writer or an actress.
Do you wear glasses/contacts?
Yes, glasses, I hate contacts. But I’m really bad about wearing them and pretty much only wear them when I’m driving or watching TV.
What is a cause that is important to you?
Reproductive freedom, bodily autonomy, and a woman’s right to choose.
Sweet or savory?
Sweet.
Who were your celebrity crushes growing up?
Jonathan Taylor Thomas, Rupert Grint (Ron from Harry Potter lol), Jesse McCartney, and Zac Efron.
Sidenote — who else watched Summerland?! I was obsessed with that show — it had both Jesse McCartney and Zac Efron — but it was cancelled after just two seasons, leaving viewers with many loose threads. Still not over it, TBH.

Slow walkers.
How many tabs are open on your computer?
Too may to count.

Skydiving.
Have you ever broken a bone?
I’ve only broken my right index finger and hairline fractured my right ankle, but I am no stranger to injuries. I have subluxated my right shoulder literally dozens of times and my left a few times as well. Once, I subluxated both at the same time in child’s pose in hot yoga. I have torn labrums in both shoulders and technically should get surgery — particularly on my right shoulder — but have been putting it off for a literal decade. An increased focus on strength training over the last year has made a huge difference in the stability of both shoulders and I haven’t subluxated either in a while.
Although, I probably just jinxed myself…

Hopefully I will be writing full-time and therefore, no longer working a corporate job.
